Our Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of every item we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition.
  • In its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation.
  • Returned within the 15-day window.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:

  • Opened or used food preparation items (e.g., Aprons, Bakeware, Baking & Pastry Tools, Bar Tools, Can Openers, Choppers & Slicers, Cooking Utensils).
  • Personal care products (if any).
  • Any product without its original packaging.
  • Items marked as “final sale.”

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:

  2. Wait for Authorization: Our friendly customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions. Please do not ship your return without this RMA number.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address provided using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or defective item).

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your original order, the standard shipping fee ($12.95) will be deducted from your refund total.

Exchanges

For exchanges, we will process the replacement item once we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • If the replacement item is of higher value, you will be responsible for the price difference plus shipping.
  • If it is of lower value, we will refund the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items
