Our Return Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Please Note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:
  • Opened or used food preparation items
  • Personal care products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items classified as “final sale”

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:

  1. Contact Our Team: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Wait for Authorization: Our customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address provided using a trackable shipping service. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your original order, the standard shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

For exchanges, we will process the replacement item once we receive and inspect the returned product. If the replacement item is of higher value, you will be responsible for the price difference plus shipping. If it is of lower value, we will refund the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items
